I would like to take a moment and thank Jack for helping me with a very difficult hot water heater issue. My water heater failed and I had several guests arriving within a couple of days to stay for a week. Not a situation I would want anyone to be in. Paying for a week of hotel rooms would have been very expensive. I was lucky enough to have a neighbor refer me to Goodfellas Plumbing LLC. From start to finish I received the rarely seen customer service that I really needed for this situation. Jack was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I could not have been treated better. Jack really pulled me out of a difficult situation, a house full of people and only cold water to use. He gave me a free estimate on what it would cost to replace and his price was unbelievably reasonable without breaking my bank. Once I accepted his price Jack and his helper were wicked fast and professional. They removed the dead water heater and installed the new one before I knew what was going on. I now have a plumber for life.
